anya ch4- angry + emotional memory

Anya was not angry, but she was. She met him after eight months. She was too excited to embrace him, love him, feel him. But somehow, she felt something was missing. As usual, they didn’t decide where to go and ended up going to the same place again. That was fine with her, because Anya just wanted to spend personal time with him. But she didn’t know why—things seemed to go off track every time. Everything was going okay. Then, after some time, he said, “It’s cold, wear your clothes… still a bunch of time is left… if you want, you can turn off the fan too… If you were near me, you would feel warm.” But he wasn’t close to her. Still, Anya let it be, thinking it was okay. Later, while watching photos on his phone, Anya just wanted to see the hidden album. He opened it, but suddenly snatched the phone back. There were some photos or videos—maybe of drinking, maybe something else—she couldn’t tell. At that moment, Anya regretted even thinking of opening it. If she hadn’t asked, she wouldn’...

anya ch-3

After much thought, weighing the pros and cons in search of peace of mind, Anya finally realized—it didn’t matter what she did or didn’t do. Nothing truly mattered. So she left her job, and for the first time in a long while, she was left alone with her thoughts. With plenty of time on her hands, she often found herself scrolling through Instagram. She remembered one incident vividly. As an adult, she once asked her fa...

Anya . ch 2

Life has a way of frightening people, but every time it does, one must rise stronger, more confident, and more enthusiastic. Yet, in this harsh, materialistic world, kindness and innocence often become weaknesses. People exploit them, tear them apart, and make them believe they are unworthy of anything. Anya was one such girl. Her heart was pure, her intentions always good, yet somehow, life kept turning against her. Every time she promised herself to do good—or nothing at all—something went wrong. And every time, she ended up blaming herself. At this moment, Anya stood at a crossroads. She dreamed of studying hard, securing a better future, and landing a good job. But reality held her back—her family needed her support, and she needed to support herself too. Asking her parents for money filled her with shame and guilt. She longed for independence, to earn her own way. She tried giving tuitions, but the earnings were too little. Eventually, she took up a work-from-home job. For a short...
